30 Days replacement warranty

All items are sold with a Warranty that ensures what you ordered is received by you in good working order and is able to be used as intended by the manufacturer and / or as specified by us.

Vision Digital will replace it with a new product if it is found to be not working correctly or faulty within the first 30 days of purchase. At Vision Digital, we stand behind our products and service. We will send our courier to pick up the faulty unit and deliver the new one if it's found to be faulty, at our own cost. This type of high level of warranty is to ensure that you get the perfect working products and not a lemon.

In Home Service warranty

Vision Digital is the market leader in customer service. To save on costs, our competitors outsource their service and repairs to third parties, which usually means that the you, the customer, is left stranded when something goes wrong with your TV (out of sight, out of mind).

At Vision Digital, we are different. We take our service responsibility seriously. That is why, as well as offering a 7 day refund and a 30 day replacement warranty, we also provide a one-year repair warranty that covers all parts and service and freight to and from customer! And, most importantly, we handle all repairs ourselves! Doing it this way saves you the hassle of being passed around service departments across the country when all you want is for someone to take responsibility.

At Vision Digital, we take responsibility.

All our products are given a total of one year (12 months) manufacture warranty. All repairs are handled by Vision technicians.
After the 30 days replacement warranty, we will offer our customer with a in Home service warranty, where we will send out our courier to pick up the faulty unit for repair at our vision service centre by our technician and deliver at our own cost.

Under the warranty provisions, Vision Digital will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods. If the product can not be repaired or exchanged by the same or another item with at least the same specifications, then a credit voucher will be provided.

It is a condition of each item's warranty that you securely pack the faulty or damaged item so that it is able to be returned to us via the transport carrier. We strongly recommend you retain the packaging your items comes in for the duration of the warranty period so that, in the unlikely event that you will need to return an item for repair or replacement, you will have adequate packaging available to do so. If you dispose of the packaging then it will be your responsibility to source alternative adequate packaging to use to return the item. Our insurance policies require photos to enable us to make a claim for damage caused to a package in transit. If you receive an item that is damaged and wish to receive a replacement please email photos of both the damaged item and the packaging, together with your claim so we may process it promptly. Unless otherwise indicated, warranties are return-to-base warranties.

Vision Manufacturer Warranty

Most products covered by the manufacturers warranty will contain a warranty card with information on how to obtain technical assistance or make a claim. Please refer to it for warranty terms and conditions, which may vary from product to product.

Procedure for Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow the following procedure:

  1. Where there is a manufacturers warranty card enclosed please follow the instructions on this card to contact the manufacturer for technical assistance or to make a claim.
  2. If there is no warranty card enclosed, please send an email
  3. and include in your email:
    1. Order number (on your invoice)
    2. Date of purchase
    3. Detailed description of the problem

Replacements or refunds under warranty do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with any instructions provided with the product or as noted on the product listing.
